By accessing or placing an order through athenslightworks.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. General
These Terms govern the sale of products through our online store. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products
All fixtures are handcrafted to order. Product descriptions, dimensions, and finish representations are as accurate as possible; minor variations inherent to handmade production are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment must be completed in full before production begins.

4. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Athens Lightworks. Reproduction, redistribution, or use of site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

5. Order Cancellations
As all products are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After production has commenced, cancellations cannot be accepted.

6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athens Lightworks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
