Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Shipping:

- We ship within Greece and internationally.
- Orders are processed within 5-12 business days.

Import duties:

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be charged by their country's customs authority upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs office.

 

Returns:

- You can return unused products within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be in original condition and packaging.

- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
