8. Customer Responsibility — Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and a valid contact telephone number at the time of order. If delivery fails due to the customer's absence or failure to collect the parcel within the stipulated timeframe, the parcel will be returned to us. Any costs incurred as a result, including re-dispatch, storage, return, or carrier handling fees, shall be the responsibility of the customer.

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect all items upon receipt. Any damage to the packaging or product must be reported to the carrier immediately and to Athens Lightworks within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence. Failure to report damage within this period will be deemed acceptance of the goods in satisfactory condition.

10. Loss or Damage in Transit

Athens Lightworks assumes responsibility for products until confirmed delivery to the customer. Upon confirmed delivery, risk passes to the customer. In the event of loss or damage during transit, Athens Lightworks will liaise with the carrier and will determine the appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund.
